Kleeneze -A Short Summary of the Business

The first thing to understand about a Kleeneze franchise is that it is not a JOB, it is your very own BUSINESS. As such there is no limit to the potential profits you can make.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

There is NO SELLING INVOLVED, (the catalogues do that for you).

Deliver catalogues out, collect catalogues in, deliver the orders to customers and they pay you.

You keep the first 20% and bank the rest for Kleeneze. That’s it!

Collect orders over £800 in 4 weeks (easy), and Kleeneze will pay you an additional bonus which will raise your commission to approx 27%. That is a very good rate!

The more catalogues you deliver the more money you will make.

NB There will be a £10 monthly administration charge (This is free for the first year). This covers the right to use the Kleeneze brand name, and company support services, plus the Personal Website you will be given to help build your business…..

Step One

Your first task is to build a Customer Base. (You only have to do this once.)

When you start, you can expect on average, £1.00 of sales for every catalogue delivered. (Sometimes more, sometimes less, it doesn’t matter at this point) There are no ‘territories’ you go wherever you wish.

Put out 200 books and you should get £200 of sales. (Once you have built your Customer Base you can expect £4/5.00 per catalogue)

Most houses will not buy from you, but enough will.

Go back to the same streets 4 weeks later.

Step Two

After, say 3 or 4 visits, stop going to any house who has not previously given you an order.

You now have your Customer Base and your hourly rate will treble!

TEAMBUILDING

As you will have noticed, there are two sides to this business.

From the minute you join, you are entitled to Sponsor others if you wish. (We can guide you here)

Kleeneze will then pay you a small commission on their sales. This ‘small’ commission can earn you a great deal of money and produce a Pension in the form of Residual Income.

WHAT DOES IT COST TO START?

Naturally the Franchise requires both commitment and investment. The investment is very modest, just £25 deposit and 2 monthly instalments of £50..Total £125 (or £99 if paid at once) The Kit has 250 catalogues and everything you need to get started.  (Including your own online shop)

No Risk.  If, within your first 30 days you decide this is ‘not for me’ Kleeneze will refund your initial payment and cancel the distributorship. Kleeneze is taking the risk, not you!

However if you feel that delivering catalogue really is “not for me” there is an alternative opportunity for selling online using FaceBook. This requires a one off payment of £25. Contact me for more information.

Kleeneze has been trading successfully for 93 years and is fully Endorsed by The Office of Fair Trading

Finally, we don’t go away, Jackie and I stay as your guides. We lead a very friendly team and you are very welcome to join us! Please feel free to ring us at any time

Email (bobdolan@hotmail.com) or phone us and we will take you through the next stage in becoming a distributor
